Recently unit owners have expressed concern about dog owners not cleaning up after their dogs in the courtyard. Our House Rules require unit owners to collect their dog’s poop. Please remember to park in the outer lot when more than 2 inches of snow is expected. Doing so allows our plowing contractor to clear the entire inner lot. Once the inner lot has been cleared you can move your vehicle to the inner lot and the plow can clean the outer lot. Taking time

We have recently replaced two balconies thanks to the skill and hard work of Mike Dinges, who was ably assisted by unit owner Geoge ? Both balconies were rebuilt using manufactured lumber and replacing the wrought iron railings with a new baked aluminum material. While more costly, we expect the decking to last significantly longer.
