Recently unit owners have expressed concern about dog owners not cleaning up after their dogs in the courtyard. Our House Rules require unit owners to collect their dog’s poop. We have recently replaced two balconies thanks to the skill and hard work of Mike Dinges, who was ably assisted by unit owner Geoge ? Both balconies were rebuilt using manufactured lumber and replacing the wrought iron railings with a new baked aluminum material.
