Most of the day to day maintenance and repair work at the Landing is done by Doug & Joe Schwenn of Schwenns Service in Monona. Joe is the go to guy around here for a variety of issues.  His office is located just inside the Building 2 garage. If you have a maintenance question or problem leave a voicemail at 608 8886808 or

Life at the Landing offer a wide array of amenities and services.  Your monthly condo fee includes heat, water, parking in a heated garage, lawn care and snow removal, use of our swimming pool, and cable/internet service. We think it’s a bargain and help to make the Landing a great place to live.
