A Self Managed Condo Community
The Landing features 2 & 3 three bedroom owner occupied garden-style homes along Bridge Road. The condos were built in the 1970’s and are generously sized. Many homes have been updated with hardwood floors, updated kitchens, and renovated bathrooms. Condos have between 1,100 and 1,600 square feet of living space depending on the floor plan. Homes at the Landing have large patios and balconies with views of the water, trees, or the pool. Free laundry is available on-site, and condos come with one to two deeded parking spaces in the heated garage. The monthly condo fees include heat, water, cable, and internet service. Pets are welcome with some restrictions.
We Value Community
As a small 64 unit self managed community we value neighborliness, cooperation and respect for differing points of view. Many of our unit owners are involved with landscaping improvements, small maintenance chores and caring for one another.
