The Landing Board of Directors

Board members are unit owners who volunteer their time and talents to manage the operations and finances of our community. Board members are elected to a term of three years. Elections to the Board take place at our annual meeting every December.

The Board holds monthly meetings to conduct Landing business. Any unit owner is welcome to address their concerns to the Board.

Vice President

Dennis Gullickson

Dennis has live at the Landing for over 25 years. He has served on the Board in various capacities for over 20 years. He is a big fan of the Brewers.

President

Patrick Ryan

Patrick has lived at the Landing since 2016, having moved 1.1 miles from Monona. He’s an avid cook and fan of all Boston sports teams.

Jackie Sullivan

Jackie has been a Landing resident since 2000. She has served on the Board of Directors, Landscape committee, and Green Team.

Co Treasurer

Steve Eiring

Steve has served numerous terms on the board and currently serves as Co Treasurer.

Martin Vaessen

Martin has lived in Madison since July of 2017 and at The Landing since 2019. He grew up on a farm in Sublette Illinois and attended Illinois State University. Martin works for Hooper Corporation in the Mechanical Division as a commercial HVAC accounts manager. He enjoys gardening, hiking, camping, and enjoying a few beers with friends.

Aaron Goldbin

Hi! My name is Aaron and I have lived at the Landing for the last six years. You may have seen me around with my two dogs, Dixie and Griff, or helping Mike with various projects around the Landing. I have enjoyed my time on the Board working with Operations and would love to continue in that role.
